Nigeria was ruled by looters, now in hands of super looters – ADP

The Action Democratic Party, ADP, has assured that it would rescue Nigeria in 2019 from what it termed the failed leadership of both the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
In a statement by its spokesman, Prince Adelaja Adeoye, the party said it had better things to offer Nigerians than APC and PDP, whom he said looted Nigeria dry.
According to the party, while PDP looted the country dry, the ruling APC had done even worse.
It called on Nigerians to embrace the party, saying it was the only credible party that Nigerians can trust with their future.
The statement reads below:
“The Action Democratic Party has observed with keen interest the political situations of the country and has come to a conclusion that the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) has failed in every areas of governance and is now beyond redemption, whereas the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been infiltrated by their co travellers from the ruling party and has been rendered powerless, working hard to return to Aso Rock to continue their looting after 16 years of holding Nigeria down.
Our party ADP, was set up to give the Nigerian people a credible alternative they have been yearning for, a third force which is capable of turning the country around for good.
Our party, since its registration with the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) in June 2017, has continued to receive massive membership. This is an indication that Nigerians are tired and can no longer continue with the shenanigan ways of doing politics which is currently being practiced by both the APC and PDP.
Nigerians across the country, even those in the Diaspora have been looking forward to a credible alternative, a party who can truly and sincerely develop the country where corruption, nepotism, joblessness, retrogressive economy, hunger, high child mortality rate, hyper inflation, brutalization of citizens by government and security forces and other things that have been pulling us back as a nation will be a thing of the past.
Nigeria was ruled by looters, and currently in the hands of super looters. If we must make this country work again, we must rescue it in 2019 for the sake of our hungry and dying citizens. We must make efforts to present to the Nigerian populace a credible and competent candidate at the Presidential race with capacity and good character.
Our state governorship candidates will also posses good leadership qualities to complement the effort of our Presidential candidate for speedy return of our dear country to the path of progress.
We want Nigerians to know that, ADP is a complete departure from charades where there is no shame to steal public funds, where rigging, voters are publicly induced, where candidates are made to pay through their nose before clinching party’s ticket by ticket racketeers, where devious and poisonous propaganda are used in bamboozling and intimidating citizens to vote for them which ends in betrayals of trust after elections.
Our party is calling on Nigerians home and abroad to join hands with us to rescue and take back our country. We must not allow the retrogressive and backward movement of our country to continue, we must team up to work for the realization of the Nigeria of our dreams and that which our generation unborn will be proud of.
The PDP spent the last 16 years at the helms of affairs, the party ended up looting our treasury and rendered the nation useless. Iin the last 2 years under APC, we have seen the worse of governance, which is characterised by hunger, anguish, untimely death, corruption, nepotism and underdevelopment.
The question we should now ask ourselves is, do we want the country to continue in the hands of those who have subjected us to this torturous Nigeria?
Nigerians must note that ADP serves their interest, where many don’t want to be caught between the two deep evil seas.
We are a youth oriented party. We therefore call on youths to seize this opportunity to try their leadership skill, the leaders of the party are ready and willing to guide and mentor them until they become better, no need to entertain any fear.
